During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the operation of the equipment we have installed, we will promptly correct the problem. After we have corrected the problem and the equipment is still not operating properly to the manufactures standards, and the manufacture representative has verified its failure and no other alternative is available, upon your written request we will remove the system and refund your money in full. This guarantee applies only to complete systems (such as, a furnace, evaporator coil and condenser) installed on the same date and does not apply to any partial system installations (Complete A/C or Heat Systems only - no partial systems. Some Restrictions Apply).
2. INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
   
   Our installation crews are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship and have been criminal background checked and drug tested. They'll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear booties (floor savers), clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we'll issue you at no charge a two year Club Membership valued at $288.00. All we ask is that you notify the office of your dissatisfaction prior to your installation crew leaving your home. (Applies to all types of equipment, Some Restrictions Apply).
3. BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT GUARANTEE
   
   We realize that most homeowner's biggest fears are when a contractor works in the home they will mess and destroy their home. Because of the quality of our installation teams, we can guarantee you that we will leave your home BETTER than we found it or we will pay for a cleaning service to come to your home and clean it in its entirety. 4. LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
   
   Anyone make things cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So it's important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. Mr. Comfort's Comfort Experts promises you that you cannot find a licensed contractor with drug free employees to provide you a comparable installation and with all 11 written company warranties for less... Or we'll refund you the difference plus $500.00. All we ask is the comparison is a published "apples to apples" comparison listing all company warranties and indicating a drug free company. Your request must be in writing within 14 days of signing this document or installation date, whichever is earliest. With your request you must include the original published comparison of the competitor showing the "apples to apples" comparison (Applies to all types of equipment. Some Restrictions Apply.)
5. SAME DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE
   
   We are a service company, not a sales company. Unlike most of our competitors, we can offer you SAME DAY SERVICE. It means when you need us you got us. We will come to your home on the same day that you request us for service. We feel that since you have paid for your system, you deserve to have us come to your home and make repairs necessary before we do any other work. You mean that much to us. 6. 24-HOUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
   
   We at Mr. Comfort's Comfort Experts will service your furnace and air conditioner 365 days a year, day and night. We don't take vacation. Since we are a service company, we have our staff of technicians rotate on a night call shift. What that means to you is we will come to your home and make necessary repairs 24 hours a day. Even if it's Christmas, we are there for you. (Applies to all types of equipment. Some Restrictions Apply).
7. TEMPATURE SELECTION GUARANTEE
   
   We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised temperature variance of no more that plus or minus one degree at your electronic thermostat when heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperature selection is not achieved, we will make any upgrades, modifications, or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of 5 years, as long as, you maintain your Club Membership (Complete A/C and heating systems only - no partial systems. 8. EXCLUSIVE "NO LEMON" GUARANTEE
   
   We recognize that not every manufactured piece of heating and cooling equipment is 100% perfect, 100 % of the time. Since our clients should expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value they invested in, we offer a "No Lemons" guarantee on our systems. Simply stated, as long as you have an active Club Membership, if your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first 5 years, we will install a new outside unit.. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace. 9. 24-HOUR FIX IT OR HOTEL GUARANTEE
   
   Unlike most companies, we are a service company. We have a staff of qualified service technicians that are there to serve you in the unlikely event of your systems having a problem. So our guarantee to you is that when we arrive, we guarantee you that we will have your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in a local hotel for the night (Complete A/C and heating systems only- no partial systems. 10. NO OVERTIME FOR LIFE GUARANTEE
    
    Since you have invested in one of the state of the art systems with Mr. Comfort's Comfort Experts, our Platinum System, we guarantee for as long as you own the system, there will be no overtime charges EVER for any repairs made to your system, for life as long as, you maintain your Club Membership (Platinum only and applies to complete systems only - no partial systems)
