Free Repairs
For our 15 Year Parts and Labor, 10 Year Parts and Labor, Platinum and Silver Club Members your system will be repaired from mechanical breakdowns as per our Straight Forward Pricing Guide (Up to Level 6) at no cost to you, the homeowner. Service/warranty and fuel surcharge fees would apply. Damage caused by "Acts of God", physical abuse, abnormal dirt and debris, or alteration are excluded

Automatic Service Upgrades
For service today our customer's generally pay a $99.00 service fee, for tomorrow $69.00, and for when we are in the neighborhood $19.00. Our Club Member Clients automatically get upgraded to the lowest price fee - ($29.95 for Silver).

Premium Super Tune-up or Twice Yearly System Tune-ups
Our Platinum or Silver Club Members have a choice of the ultimate in maintenance by having a once yearly Super Premium Tune-up and one free service fee. Or you can have us out summer/winter for an every six month servicing of your heating and air system.

One Free Service Fee
If you choose to have the Super Premium Tune-up done on your Platinum or Silver Membership, you will also receive one free service fee. This service fee can be used either when you need a repair service or just want us to stop by and check your unit over the next change of season.

Filters and Other Consumable Items
Platinum and Silver clients will receive a 20% discount on any consumable type items, such as, filters, Ultraviolet Bulb replacements, or humidifier pads, Thermocouples, Contactors, Ignitors, etc.
(*These consumables are excluded as a free service or repair from all agreements).

Cancellation of Membership
If for any reason you need to cancel your membership all you have to do is give us 30 days written notice. Club Membership dues are not refundable.
